Caroline Sharkey - Urunga, NSW Caroline uses fabric and thread to create fibre art and each year she travels to Ayers Rock to be artist in residence with much of her prolific art textile artwork is inspired by the Australian outback. Caroline was a very popular 2006 tutor, with feedback requesting her return and Caroline has developed workshops especially for the retreat. She has been featured in national magazines and had many successful exhibitions. Caroline is an award winning quilter and her work can be seen in galleries across Australia. www.carolinesharkey.com
